Return Policy
All products must be returned in the same condition they were received in. Any device that is damaged physically or internally will not be eligible for return.
Revivify customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item for a refund. After 30, days the device is no longer eligible for a refund.
Revivify customers have a one-year warranty on their devices that protects against manufacturing defects. After 30 days, customers will be responsible for return shipping charges on warranty claims.
If any device is repaired or opened outside of our facility, it is automatically rendered ineligible for return for any reason.
We do not provide return shipping labels for purchases that fall under the buyer’s remorse category return. Buyers remorse includes returns for products that do not have the ability to update to the newest OS.
APPLE CUSTOMERS: Please ensure that you remove any Apple ID information as well as passcodes from the device before your return.
Apple Watch customers must also unpair the unit from their phone. *You must remove these details before performing a factory reset. Resetting the device without removing it will lock the unit. Any device received with iCloud information will not be eligible for a refund, repair, or replacement.
We use inventory management software to record IMEI and serial numbers of all purchases. The returned product will be verified at the time of receipt to confirm the IMEI or serial number. Any product that does not match original purchase records will not be eligible for return.
If you have purchased a device from us on another marketplace, please note that the above return conditions may not apply as we are required to enforce the marketplace rules for return. We recommend reaching out to our customer service team directly to confirm the return policy for your purchase.
Refund Timelines: When can you Expect Your Money Back
Once we receive your phone back, our warranty team will process your return within approximately 5 business days. Following this, we will issue a refund for your order and notify you of this via email. The refund payment will then appear in your bank account within a few business days. Keep in mind that if your phone has the Find My iPhone feature enabled, Revivify will not be able to issue the refund until this has been disabled, as this feature restricts our access to the device.
